Recruitment of International High-level Talents

Henan University of Science and Technology (HAUST) recruits international high-level talents for the further construction of the disciplines and development of the university all year round.

I. Requirements:

i. Leading Talents

Leading talents below 55 years old with senior professional title(s), well-known and influential in the field of the discipline from world-renowned universities

ii. Top Disciplinary Talents

Discipline leaders below 45 years old, with a professional title of deputy senior or above and outstanding academic status and significant influence and potential for sustainable development, from international high-level universities or research institutions

iii. Excellent Young Talents

Discipline leaders or excellent talents with potential development, below 40 years old, who have consecutive 36-month full-time working experience for the world-renowned universities, research institutions and enterprises. In addition, they have  achieved academic accomplishments acknowledged by peer experts, with which they could fulfill the requirements of applying for Outstanding Youth Science Foundation Project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

iv. Young Innovative Talents

Talents below 35 years old with PhDs or post-doctoral working experience from the world-renowned universities

II. Recruitment Disciplines

Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Control Science and Engineering, Crop Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Management Science and Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Clinical Medicine and other disciplines

III. Renumeration

For those who are funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China via the successful application of the Outstanding Youth Science Foundation Project (International) under the name of the university, HAUST would sign an official contract and provide generous pay and conditions (negotiable in person) according to the Measures for the High-level Talents of Henan University of Science and Technology.

For those who meet the requirements of the recruitment, HAUST would negotiate the renumeration, research start-up funds, housing allowance, employment of the spouse, etc on a case by case basis as full-time employees. This will be completed after the initial assessment and interview.
